Lickety Spliff

Lickety Spliff is the opposite of Lickety Split.  It means you're gonna take your sweet time getting somewhere.  Like when your girlfriend calls you up and says, "Hey hambone, we're gonna watch Melissa Etheridge live on Pay Per View tonight.  Why don't you 'come to my window' and eat kettle corn while we braid each other's hair and watch TV?"  To which you reply, "Yeah.  I'll be there...Lickety Spliff."  Which means you'll show up only when you're medicated enough to endure such an estrogen overload.
